One day we decided to go to the extreme rest in jeeps in the suburbs, where the off-road we got a lot of experience and loads. How it all began and how it happened that I had to break through severe off-road? - We have formed a group of enthusiasts with whom we occasionally drive out to the car prepared to interesting places on the route in advance, this is not the off-ROAD, which we used to see at the competitions, except when dirt around party sees nothing We're going families, with wives, children, friends. Choosing the road with beautiful scenery and a small obstacle course, where visitors can test their strength and the degree of cross-car. Basically this is the route "Moscow-St.Petersburg" and often go on a trip to a warm seasons. But this time, waiting for the summer did not. We decided to go to the city Ostashkov that in the Tver region. There are beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, is worth seeing, and recreation centers, where you can stop. Originally planned as a trip really excursion: Nilova Deserts, the source of the Volga River, Lake Seliger. Excursions were. On one of them could even wash his boots in the center of the Volga. But very soon the members got bored and started trying to jump off the pavement into the woods. Returning from the last trip to the camp, we decided to cut off the path. What cars are prepared, all the necessary equipment is, why not try it, especially if you believe the cards, the way it should be. - So you consciously went for an adventure? - Certainly, but we underestimated the complexity of the route, from this point and began our extreme rest. All have decided on this adventure? - In the woods decided to go for five jeeps, a few people went to the camp on a normal road. In our group were two jeeps Land Rover Defender, a Discovery, Toyota Land Cruiser 105, Nissan Patrol. Some SUVs were seriously prepared, others - easier. And here we are in the woods with each kilometer of road is getting worse, although more correct to say that the harder it becomes off-road. Despite this, the mood of everyone was fighting and even cheerful, as long as the village of the sun. During the day it was difficult, but at least it shows the direction of motion. The village, which mentioned the milkmaid, had already arrived in pitch darkness, and then the road ended abruptly just ahead - just a ford. Navigation and maps do not give a clear picture of the terrain, and we started to stray. On the road map is marked, but in fact under the wheels - the old haulage road, some of which are overgrown. Around the only forest and deep ruts, padded or tanks, or all-wheel drive GAZ-66. Ground all the time. The water was punctuated with sharp rises and deep ruts. Then came stumps left from logging. Back at camp, we immediately went to bed to bounce back. So ended our extreme trip, which began as a jaunt. All were satisfied, the jeeps were not injured. Still, overcoming such a difficult terrain provides a kind of masochistic pleasure, which tend to almost all the owners of this SUV.
